- Entries open – Tuesday 5th May 2026
- Entries close – Tuesday 9th June 2026
- Courier Items receiving day – Friday 26th June
- Receiving day – Saturday 27th June 2026 10am to 2pm
- Opening Night – Monday 6th July 2026 – 6.30pm
- Exhibition closes – Friday 31st July 2026
- Collection days – Friday 31st July 2026 from 4.30pm – 6.30pm and Saturday 1st August 2026 10am – 12 noon
Conditions of Entry
Please note that the exhibition conditions of entry have changed including changes in entry fees and the number of works that can be entered.
Please ensure that you tick the box on the entry form (available here from 5 May 2026) confirming that you have read and have complied with these conditions relating to the 2026 Exhibition
Opening Night Tickets
$30 (limited to 250)
Available for purchase when completing the entry form or email ashsocart@gmail.com or from Ashburton Art Gallery, 327 West Street, Ashburton.
Tickets will be given to you when you drop your artwork off.
Volunteers
We will need daily volunteers to help us on the sale table at the Ashburton Art Gallery for the duration of the Annual Exhibition.
There will be a roster available to be filled in when you deliver your paintings or entries.
