Conditions:

Artists must be paid up members of the ASA
Artists are to hang their own work if possible during the drop off times allocated
Any works unable to be dropped off at the allocated times must be dropped off by alternative arrangement with the convenors
Works to be labelled on the back with artist name, title, medium and price
Labels will be provided and are to be completed for placing next to the art work
Paintings to be framed and have D rings for hanging (or can be purchased for $5.00)
You may change your display at any time by arrangement with the convenors.
If your work is sold and taken, you may replace it.
Paintings are exhibited at the sole risk of the artist
Insurance is the responsibility of the artist
